Due to an industry-wide increase in artificial streaming, we need to be able to prove you are a real artist before we can distribute your releases.
In addition, we need to make sure you own a social media page or streaming profile before we can award you leaderboard points for it.
The easiest way to verify your accounts is by connecting one or more of your artist's social media accounts to our platform.
But if you would rather not connect your accounts, you can just send us a message from your artist's Instagram page.
Once you've done that, we'll take a quick look at the page you've messaged us from to make sure you're the real deal!
Message us on Instagram
Login to your artist account on Instagram
Go to our Verify_Muzartdisco page
Send us a message asking to verify you, and include the email address you use to login to Muzartdisco e.g.
"I am contacting you from the page dedicated to the Artist <your Artist Name here>, please use it to verify the account <your Email Address here>"If someone has asked you to verify, please reply to their email and let them know you've sent a message on Instagram.
We'll check out the page you've messaged us from and make sure it's an active artist page and matches the name you've entered on your Muzartdisco account.
